Trauma, Abuse, Recovery, Incest

trapped

Shackled (poem)

Poetry

Foaming mouths,
Bruising wrists.
Homing missile teeth,
Targeting throats of captors.

Locked up,
Chained down.
Pushing on pressure,
Corked bottles in eyeballs.

Broken chains,
Slave masters.
Sleep soundly no longer,
Shackled in a mansion.
